Of course, we welcome the opportunity to chat with prospective clients over a cup of tea or coffee.
We’re Always Just a Call Away if You Need More Help
Will you visit me at my home or office?
We prefer to meet you at our offices in Shrewsbury, as it gives you a better understanding of who we are and allows us to offer the first meeting free of charge. There are times when we will make an exception for those close by who are elderly, frail or for business meetings where it saves a number of your staff being out of the office at the same time.
Where are you?
Where can I park?
We offer visitors parking directly next to our offices. Once you have entered the front gate, visitor parking is on the right and we are situated on your left in the Old Coach House.
What should I bring?
Many who visit us go on to become clients, therefore it would be great if you could bring with you proof of ID and address. Usually a valid photo driving license or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement will be fine. It would also help to bring with you an overview of your current income, assets and liabilities and the latest valuations of your pensions and investment providers.
Are you independent?
There are two types of adviser firms, Restricted and Independent. We are independent financial advisers, privately owned with no outside influence from a parent company. We are directly authorised with the Financial Conduct Authority.
What accreditations do you hold?
We are a Chartered Financial Planning Firm with two individual Chartered Financial Planners, two Certified Financial Planners, two Chartered members of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a diploma qualified Adviser. Brian Benson, our Managing Director, is also a Chartered Wealth Manager and accredited by the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA).
Have you won any awards?
For the fifth year running we have been chosen as a top 100 firm by New Model Adviser magazine, which is part of the Citywire group of companies.
Do you share our information with anyone else?
Sometimes we do need to share information to obtain illustrations or if we are setting up a new account with an investment platform etc. We don’t share any information to a third party for marketing purposes and we are registered with the information commissioner’s office and registered on the Data Protection Register.
